Flexibility and efficiency in one system
The Tobler Top wall formwork is a robust multi-purpose formwork suitable for almost all concrete work. With four standard heights (0.60 – 1.20 – 2.70 – 3.30 m) and element widths from 0.24 to 2.40 m, it enables the efficient implementation of even demanding projects. The elements are simply connected using the practical formwork terminal. Universal and leveling elements are available for precise adjustments and corner solutions.
Improved construction
The new generation steel frames are made of high-quality 400S steel, equipped with cast corner profiles and dimensioned for a fresh concrete pressure of at least 80 kN/m². All welds are carried out robotically. The anchor points have steel cones and sleeves, which increases strength and eliminates the need for plastic elements.
Custom-made
The frames are available in powder-coated or galvanized versions. The formwork surface is made of top-quality birch plywood according to BFU 100 standard, coated with phenolic resin foil (220 g/m²). Plastic-coated or fully plastic boards (alkus) are also available.
System compatibility
The Tobler Top formwork is compatible with common systems such as PERI TRIO, SCHALTEC TRITION or GHI TRITEC, which allows the use of existing equipment without the need for new investments.
Concrete platform
The main advantage of the Tobler Top system is the assembly from above on the wall formwork. The platform is automatically secured and is supported by folding brackets at the top of the formwork. The precise adjustment ensures smooth work without collisions with anchors or supports.
Counter guard
According to the German BauAV 2022 regulation, the use of a counter guard is mandatory for working heights of 2 m or more. Tobler Top guardrails provide triple protection for people and materials and are compatible with various formwork systems.
Fall protection
The integrated fall protection system guarantees maximum safety during handling. After being placed by crane, the platform is automatically secured.
Integrated dirt protection
A rubber strip prevents concrete from penetrating between the platform and the formwork, eliminating the need for cleaning.
End panel
The end panel hooks directly into the pre-drilled edge protection elements and provides maximum protection against lateral falls. The panels can be used universally.
Folding bracket
The steel profiles are made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel S355. Simple folding significantly reduces the volume during transport.
Integrated transport security
The folding bracket mechanism locks the platforms during transport, saving time and increasing safety.
Corner and levelling platforms
Like the standard Tobler Top platforms, the corner and levelling versions are also equipped with folding handrails and edge protection for a longer service life and reliability.
External corner platform
Thanks to the integrated edge protection and the high-quality folding handrail mechanism, the Tobler Top external corner platforms are extremely durable, safe and reliable.
