The solar panel lift system is compatible with Safe Guard and Mobile Guard mobile aluminum scaffolding, which are also part of our portfolio.
The primary goals of this addition are to increase worker safety when handling solar panels, simplify and streamline the movement of solar panels to the site of ongoing work, as well as minimize the risk of damage to the panels caused, for example, by a panel falling from a height.
Installation of the panel lift system is extremely simple, when a guide rail with a module designed to place the solar panel and a lifting system is practically installed on the scaffolding frame. The frame designed to place the panel is adjustable, i.e. it allows for the safe placement of panels of various sizes.
The panel lift itself is then carried out using a fixed rope, and if the rope is accidentally released, the brake is immediately activated to prevent the panel from falling from a height.
