TOBLER cantilever racks
Tobler cantilever rack
Flexible planning – available in single-sided and double-sided versions, fully adaptable in terms of dimensions, load capacity, statics and accessories.
Each rack is designed and analyzed individually. The decisive parameters are the load capacity per cantilever and the required usable depth.
Exceptional stability:
The rack is extremely durable thanks to welded steel profiles, which allows efficient use of the storage space.
Cross and horizontal stiffeners adapted to the bay length provide additional strength.
Assembly
On request, all racking systems can be assembled by Tobler specialists and subsequently checked according to DIN EN 15635.
Standard design parameters:
Bay length (span): 80 – 250 cm
Usable depth: 40 – 90 cm
Special dimensions can also be supplied on request.
Solid wooden floors with support beams are a popular alternative to slats.
For example, a depth of 125 cm and a field length of 250 cm allow 3 euro pallets to be stored between two uprights.
Trapezoidal sheet metal roofs with wooden beams have a slope of 10° and a length of up to 7 m.
